Leyden Delta is committed to enhancing patient care, and supporting the educational development of Healthcare Professionals in the UK, by providing support through medical and educational goods and services (MEGS).
MEGS Code of Practice
1
MEGS do not constitute an inducement to prescribe, supply, administer, recommend, buy or sell any medicine.
2
MEGS must enhance patient care or benefit the healthcare institution whilst maintaining patient care.
3
MEGS must not be provided to individuals for their personal benefit.
Information on MEGS is contained within the ABPI Code of Practice and can be explored in interactive form on the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) website. Each year we publish details of all of the organisations that we have supported with a MEGS along with details of the financial amount provided and a description of the service provided if applicable.
